Scope the boring stuff yourself.
Two tools, no email up front. One sorts your week into the pod that fits. The other scopes that pod down to who owns what.
The Boring Stuff Audit
Eight questions about where your week actually goes. At the end: the pod that fits, why it fits, and the work that would leave your desk first.

Ten questions, then a scoped pod on screen: what the operator owns, what the agents carry, what stays with you, and the shape of the first sixty days. Print it or keep it.
Scope a podrather just talk it through?
Both tools do on screen what the first ten minutes of a call does out loud. Skip them if you would rather bring your week to someone.
Book a quick callThey scope. They do not forecast.
Neither tool will tell you what you would save. A tool that prints "you will save $4,200 a month" is a made up number with a progress bar around it, and you would have no way of checking it before you had already handed over the work.
So the output is a list of work and a sequence. The only figures on your sheet are the ones you typed in yourself, and they stay labelled as yours. What a pod costs, and what it changes, is a conversation about your numbers rather than ours.
Your answers stay in your browser while you use the tools. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send it at the end.
Or bring us the week itself.
One quick call. We will look at the function that is eating your week and show you which pod to run first.
