Every line of work you tick comes back split in two, and the split is the same rule every time. Anything that is a judgement, a relationship or a decision sits with the operator. Anything that is volume, drafting, formatting, chasing or monitoring goes to the agents, with the operator directing them.
That is why nothing on the sheet says a function is fully automated. Some lines are almost all operator, and the sheet says so rather than pretending otherwise.
Anything you mark as needing your sign off comes back in a third column, still yours. The sheet is the honest version of what you would be handing over.
